Hello. I am having an issue when I hook my Apex up to the computer. For some inexplicable reason, the computer won't read the BrailleNote. What on earth is going on?

you have to install a driver that came on your braillenote cd for the usb connection to work.

Yes. You can. Just look under support. You don't need the driver if you have a Bluetooth adapter, though.
